Circles of Hope
The Circles of Hope consist of 8 Circle Journeys that stretch over a two year Period. The aim is to engage with a long term process to allow sufficient
Integration of the model that is built on the 3 Keys to Change concept of Relating, Reframing and Repeating as spoken about in Alan Deutschman’s Book Change Or Die – could you change when change matters most?’ , in which he explains the research of Dr. Dean Ornish with heart patients, Mimi Silbert of The Delancey Street Foundation in her work with ex-offenders, and the turn around of rebellious factory workers at General Motors when Toyota took over in the 1980’s.
The second year continues supporting and mentoring while the participants practise and integrate further and gets the opportunity to mentor one of the new participant in the Program.
We encourage the ‘ Each One, Teach One’ relationship.
The Circles aim to create self- awareness and ownership of choices, building meaningful relationships and team dynamics, collaborative communication and listening skills, reframing negative perceptions and self-talk, healthy boundaries, rebuilding a value system, building trust, forgiveness and letting go, finding purpose, finding alignment and inspiration, building the habits to be sustainable, getting into flow, expanding their leadership attributes, and becoming an effective mentor.
The Circle content is inspired by the work and passion of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Brene Brown, Byron Katie, Prof. Millie Riviera, Simon Sinek, Marianne Williamson, Shani Grove, Nancy Klein, Tich Naht Hahn, The Dalai Lama, Jordan Peterson, Colette Baron-Reid, Marina Abramovic, and Julia Cameron, to name but a significant few. Masters and teachers in their chosen fields that have inspired and gifted humanity with the tools to lead magnificently free lives. In gratitude.
